Jade – Weekend Yum Cha at Fullerton

Wanted to have dim sum at another place but they were full, so settled at Jade instead (which they were almost full as well). Considering I called 3 weeks in advance to book dim sum, I thought it was pretty crazy. It’s just weekend dim sum you know. We were seated at the courtyard area cos they were full inside which to me, was fine as well. The courtyard was pretty quiet but despite that, service staffs come around so often you don’t feel being left out. The weekend yum cha goes at $52 per pax (with min 2 to dine) and you can order up to 15 items on the menu which in my opinion, was really value for money

And so here are the 15 items we ordered. We went through the list of 43 items really carefully to pick our top 15 (like selecting candidates for beauty selection)

These 2 have my votes. Definitely a must-order. We love the crispy beancurd skin packed with a tight seafood filling and the really delicious crab meat bun which reminds of us of eating chilli crab with man tou

And the menu for those interested to know what the 43 items are

Just as the meal ended, the parents asked when are we coming back again? Right.. I guess that pretty sums up the entire meal. Personally, the quality is pretty outstanding and I find the price reasonable for the number of items you have. Definitely a place worth considering if you are looking for dim sum options and I can’t wait to go back to try the other dishes, just remember to book early
