I had forgotten I had not reviewed this place until I was scrolling through my photos so I decided to pay another visit again since I was running errands nearby. Located at L5 carpark, you could find the place when you make a left turn out of the escalator

It’s definitely hidden and you would be unaware of its existence until you take a closer look

(You could tell it was a long time since the last visit. lol)

Pride itself as an Australian grocer and cafe, the place proved to be pretty popular with non-stop human flow. So I was glad I could get a seat without reservations, yes both times

ONA Coffee Australia Oat Latte $7.50
Opted for oat milk cos I felt like it but I must say the coffee was good. It had a smooth velvety texture and very balanced profile overall

Scrambled Eggs Chicken Truffle Danish Roll $26

Had actually wanted Hokkaido Snow Pork curry but I was too early for the launch. So I went for the scrambled eggs in the end. It was insta-worthy and every bit delicious. The soft and runny egg was cooked to perfection and I really enjoyed the chicken patty. Tatter tots were done really nicely too. Overall, if you have no idea what to order, this would not go wrong

Wagyu Burger $32

Wagyu Patty, House Burger Sauce, Maple Bacon, Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce, Hot Fries

To be honest, the presentation did not look very appetising. lol

The burger on first bite was delicious. The flavour came nicely but after a few bites, it was just too raw for me. I went for medium rare, but it felt a little underdone, which was a pity

Beef tartare anyone? I just need an egg yolk

Queen Victoria Donuts (Milo Dinosaur) $14

The donuts were normal. Texture of donuts was good. It wasn’t too thick and it was airy inside. But there was simply no milo taste. I felt cheated

Strawberry Shortcake $14

The strawberry shortcake on the other hand was every bit surprising. It was soft, not too sweet, airy and even the cream was delicious

I had 2 passes and 2 fails but overall, I thought the food was above average. I wouldn’t mind returning if I was in the area and just wanted some nice brunch or tea break but if you are gonna visit without reservations, do prepare to wait a little during peak hours
