Having a new brunch place to explore in the area is good cos sometimes when you are lazy, you just want somewhere nearby. So I dragged the friend down to try Apollo Coffee Bar, from the team behind Atlas Coffeehouse, Lunar Coffee Brewers & Columbus Coffee Co. We thought it should be quiet since it was pouring so heavily when we visited but we were surprised there was still quite a bit of crowd. Well, I guess good coffee ain’t stopping anyone, rain or shine
Flat White (8 oz) $6
I really enjoyed the coffee – milky and smooth with a nice aroma to it
Wurst Rosti $23.50
Potato Rosti, Cheese Frank, Organic Sunny Eggs, Bacon Fennel Pan Sauce, Charred Tomato
It’s quite normal in my opinion
Strawberry Maple Pancake $16.50
Fresh Strawberries, Strawberry Compote, Maple, Butter
A very instagram worthy dish. The dough is light and fluffy with a buttery fragrance to it. It can get quite filling so sharing is recommended
In my opinion, the coffee was definitely better than the food. The brunch items were normal but nothing fantastic. Perhaps you can give their lunch menu a try the next time. Else this is a place you can always enjoy for a good cup of coffee

This was recommended by my mom to the cafe for lunch. Thought my mom has changed her food taste!frm eastern to western! Without prejudice, i ordered 1 soba salmon n one chicx with garlic buns.
To my prediction, my mom couldn’t take the chicx as it was too dry n not flavorful enough.
She is a great cook thus expection for food is a level higher! However, i tried the chicx too and found the same! Hence, nothing impressed us n price is quite steeped! Another thing would like to suggest if they could make some food cater to elderly taste bud!
