Dropped by Drips Bakery for an impromptu tea session with the girls one weekend. Located in the heart of Tiong Bahru estate, this place is truly hidden like it feels out of place kinda feeling. haha we had actually wanted to have light lunch at 40 Hands but the wait was too long so we head straight to Drips instead.
Everywhere was crowded! We had to wait quite a bit before we got a place.
Cafe latte & Cafe Mocha
Honestly, we simply cannot wait to feast in when the food arrives. LOL
Chicken Pie
It was okay. Nothing fantastic if you ask me
Quiche
I forgot what quiche this was, but it was.. weird, like really weird. I think we had this half unfinished.
Beef sandwich
Apple Crumble Tart
I love the crumbs very much though I thought the apples could be a little sweeter
Macadamia Nut Tart
One of my fav tarts that day. Simply awesome.
Pear Tart
It wasn’t exactly nice. I’m not too sure it it’s the pear or the combination.
Seasonal Fruit Tart
Something different from the tarts we had previously. It was a good change though I still prefer the macadamia one. 😀
I think I will definitely recommend their tarts and pastries if you are there. Skip the mains, have some porridge next door before coming in for tea. That’s my suggestion 😉

Hopped over to Arteastiq cos we were dropped off in town. It’s a nice place to chill over a cuppa tea, catch up with your friends over the latest updates and just laze the afternoon away. Though I would say there’s nothing special about the tea and we didn’t try the food so I have no idea how it tastes like. I think my fav tea place still gotta be TWG 🙂
French Rose Tea
Japanese Rice Tea
Lychee Tea
Pretty presentations though, but our usual place beat them hands down anytime. 😀
