Whoever had been to the States will know Shake Shack and when the brand first announced it is setting foot in Jewel Changi Airport, it got everyone excited. To be honest, I really like Shake Shack. I felt like it was somewhat different from other American burgers but maybe some would think there isn’t much difference. We finally made it down 2 months later and I was surprised to see a much shortened queue even though I reached at 1130am. The queue, in my opinion, actually moved quite fast. I took about 15 minutes before I reached the counter while the food takes another 20-25 minutes to prepare. So in all, I thought the wait wasn’t that bad

But there was still a never-ending line

Glad that the restaurant makes an effort to ensure there is enough food for everyone

Cheeseburger and a Shroom Burger with Lettuce, Tomato, ShackSauce

Always ordered the same thing at Shake Shack cos I love both their cheeseburger and crisp fried portobello mushroom. Alongside the soft buttery bun

What I prefer about their patty was it wasn’t too thick or tough. I enjoy the height and cook on it so you can chew on it easily

It was such a satisfying lunch

It’s probably one of my favourite burger joint – not gonna lie. Shake Shack only serves ala carte style so you can just add on to make it a meal which in my opinion, isn’t exactly cheap for a fast-food burger joint. Still, I would return anytime!
