Shall wrap up the last of my Chinese new year dinner, so gonna feature 2 places in today’s post.  The class decided to have a change this year and we settled for ze char instead of the usual steamboat dinner. We ended up at Whampoa Keng (Rangoon road) since most haven’t been there before, and I’m glad everyone enjoyed themselves that night 🙂

The company’s cny dinner was at Spring Court this year, coupled with ktv and private room on the 5th floor. We were actually doubtful of the choice but people I know all say they serve really decent Chinese fare there, and I just had to see for myself.

Cos we had the whole room to ourselves, it felt kinda like a Chinese wedding banquet

OOPS. I know it seems wasteful, but we ate the yusheng on the table too!

I have to admit, the food is really pretty good. And the ktv, they have all the usual songs. Though it’s fairly strange to have 月亮代表我的心 as their #1 hit song. In any case, I gave approval for my grandma’s birthday dinner to be held here. haha 😀
