Helloooo everyone! Lemme wipe off the dust on this blog. hahaha I know I disappeared but cos I have been really busy for the past weeks prepping hens & d&d so… I shall award you readers w an exciting post! Yes, my lovely friend’s hens night organised by htgt! hehe. It was fun and interesting to prep since this is our first hens and we totally dont know what to expect but I guess from now on, we will prob have an idea of what to do 🙂 Still, here’s the story!

We booked a room for some cozy time and did check in earlier to decorate the room. I was pleasantly pleased they allowed me to check in at 2pm PLUS free room upgrade PLUS late checkout at 2pm. So much awesomeness 😀

And finally, here comes the bride! 😀

And party officially begins with tea party, simple manicure and hair session + camwhore shots. 😀

Canele macarons + TWG tea. Sweet & yummy, combination of both. They really are the best of both world (V)

the drama that got everyone so engrossed in. hahaha it’s the typical husband-cheated-on-wife-and-wife-taking-revenge kinda show

Had dinner at Trattoria Lafiandra cos the bride wanted pasta. Never tried this place before but we chose it cos it’s near our hotel so we don’t have to travel far. Gotta say this place has a nice setting – warm & cosy and suitable for small crowd. There wasn’t much crowd when we reached so it was good!

Bruschetta which was pretty normal

Parma ham w rock melon which was pretty not bad!

Can’t remember what’s the name of this dish but it’s really really awesome

Seafood pasta which was also very good

Smoked salmon pizza

Warm apple tart, really yummy too. Went for this instead of the usual boring tiramisu. haha

Overall, I probably recommend the pastas>pizzas. Think the pastas are really worth mentioning.

Went back to the hotel for drinks & mini presentation (and the bride cried. ohmygod. hahaha) don’t cry ok! be happy! 🙂

Scoot off to clarke quay for some playful games & light partying. Nothing fanciful. The tasks we gave the bride I must say are all accomplishable but I have to give credit to her for being such a sport! She really did all the tasks! hahaha an advice for all hens night planners: do not set too difficult tasks, so that the bride can complete all tasks and everyone can have fun. If not, that defeats all purpose right..

We actually met 3 other bachelorettes having their hens night (speaking of coincidences) but their tasks were like.. hmmm @@ hahaha

One of tasks includes doing an Egyptian dance. hahahah

Spent the night at Le Noir & Attica! Well, I must say Le Noir is really a good place to hold hens night cos

1) you can actually hear yourselves talking and not like in a club you have to shout at the ear

2) they have hosts that really take good care of you & encourage you to do all the dares

3) they actually have people around to entertain you!

So wells, just a suggestion!

That basically wraps up the whole night cos we were so dead beat when we reached the room we basically just knocked out. hahaha. I think my first hens night was memorable, can’t wait for the next to come! 🙂
